We enjoyed a beautiful 9 mile hike to the summit of Mt. Hight. Trail conditions featured packed snow but with many postholes along the route. The summit had great views of the Northern Presidentials & the Carter Range Conditions on the summit were sunny, breezy & very cold (there was a wind chill advisory that day) but we were able to spend 15 minutes on the summit to experience the view & arctic weather! We were sheltered from the wind for most of the hike except for the summit.
