Join us on this easy, fun ride on the Ashuwllticook Rail Trail, which is flat and has no car or motorcyle traffic, except for a couple well-marked crossings. • rain-gear (rain coat & rain pants, ideally high visibility color with reflective strips)
  • appropriate footwear,
  • high visibility vest, jacket and helmet (we strongly recommend you wear a helmet)
  • flashing bike lights on the front & back of your bike (red in the back & white in front)
